By Jennifer Kelly On June 30, Honduran migrant Yimi Alexis Balderramos-Torres was found “unresponsive in his dormitory” while in ICE custody at the Houston Contract Detention Facility. He was transferred to Memorial Hermann Northeast Hospital where he was pronounced dead at the age of 30. Balderramos-Torres died after nearly a month in ICE custody.
