It is our great pleasure to announce that yesterday Comrade Théo El Ghozzi, political prisoner of the French state, was released. He had been imprisoned since July 22 for protesting reactionary labor laws as part of the Yellow Vest movement. He spent a great deal of time on hunger strike, struggling for the rights of political prisoners in France and around the world, and documented several violations of his rights in his letters from jail.
We will continue to report on his case as more details come out.
