Revolutionary slogans in support of Comrade Théo and his struggle were pasted on the entrance to the French consulate in Houston, and red paint was splattered around the entryway. Additional solidarity posters and graffiti have also been put up in Austin.
At this time Comrade Théo is still on hunger strike demanding recognition from the French state as a political prisoner, and the freedom for all political prisoners, particularly Georges Ibrahim Abdallah. International demonstrations of solidarity have also been seen in Brazil during the most recent national strike, as well as in Austria and Switzerland among others.
